Sessions and Fees

I offer a free 10 minute initial telephone call to answer any questions you may have about the counselling process.

If you decide you wish to go ahead we will then discuss and book a convenient date and time to start our sessions together.

Counselling sessions are normally weekly, and each session will last for 50 minutes. 

The number of sessions required will be different for each individual and we will regularly review this together. 

I can offer both daytime and evening counselling sessions. 

My standard rates are £75 per session however, it is my personal goal to make counselling sessions as accessible as possible. Therefore session fees will be an area we will discuss together in our initial consultation session. 

Fees for cancelled or missed session are payable unless 24 hrs notice is provided.
