What are the benefits of counselling?

  • It can help you to develop a greater sense of self and purpose. 
  • It can allow greater self-acceptance, self-confidence, and self-esteem. 

What happens in the counselling sessions?

Counselling sessions are a safe space to bring what you would like to discuss and work on together. In our initial assessment session, we will discuss what you might want to work on in our sessions together and from here we will plan together as to how we will move forwards with sessions. Therapy will vary dependent on your goals and needs.
